REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

 You can try the item on the spot. If it’s not suitable, you may return it immediately and only pay the shipping fee. Refunds are allowed only at the time of delivery. 

• Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of receiving the order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please contact us to arrange the exchange — shipping fees apply. 

• If you paid by cash, the return or exchange can be processed on the spot.

• If you paid by card, you must first receive the order (as opening the package before delivery is not allowed). If it doesn’t suit you, just DM us for an exchange or Refund.

• These are the two available options for exchange, in case the item was not returned with the courier upon delivery:
• 1. Visit our showroom and exchange the item directly.
• 2. Send the item back through the shipping company. Once we receive it and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will proceed with sending the replacement items. 

• Note: Shipping fees for both pickup and delivery are the customer’s responsibility, in accordance with the shipping company’s policy.
