 DELIVERY POLICY

At Ascia, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent delivery experience for our customers.

  • You may open the package and check your item before the courier leaves.
  •   Important: Partial returns are not allowed, You must either accept the entire order or return it in full, if you'd like to refund or exchange any item, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • If the order total is above EGP 5000, the extra amount + Delivery fees must be transferred in advance, as the courier can only collect up to 5000 in Cash.

 

 

 EXCHANGE POLICY

ONLINE ORDERS CAN'T BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED AT OUR STORES.

FOR ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, PLEASE VISIT OUR BACK OFFICE.

 We offer two easy exchange methods: 

1. Standard Exchange:

  • Send back the original item.
  •  Once we inspect and approve the return, you can select a replacement.
  • Your new item will be shipped as soon as the return is confirmed.
  • shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items must be returned or exchanged in their original condition, with all original tags and packing intact, within 14 days pf receiving your order.

 2. Quick Exchange

  • You don’t have to wait — simply place a new order right away.
  •   Then, request a refund for the original item.
  •  Once the returned item is received and approved, we’ll process your refund via your original payment method.

Prefer to exchange in person?

 You’re welcome to visit our back office to exchange or refund your item on the spot.  DM us on Instagram or WhatsApp at 01094435802 for the location. 

 

REFUND POLICY

  •  You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
  •   Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
  •   Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once your return is received and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–14 working days via your original payment method (Card or InstaPay).

Prefer an in-person refund?

Visit our back office to receive your refund directly, depending on your original payment method (cash or card).

 

IN-STORE PURCHASES (ASCIA STORES)

 

    • Customers must keep the original store receipt, and bank receipt(s) for purchases made with debit/credit card.
    • Product(s) must be in new condition, unworn, and with the original tags attached.
    • In-store post-purchase actions must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date. 
    • Please note that in-store purchases can only be exchanged or refunded at our physical stores; online processing is not available.
