You may open the package and check your item before the courier leaves.
- Important: Partial returns are not allowed, You must either accept the entire order or return it in full.
- If the order total is above EGP 5000, the extra amount + Delivery fees must be transferred in advance, as the courier can only collect up to 5000 in Cash.

• Your new item will be shipped as soon as the return is confirmed.
2. Quick Exchange
• You don’t have to wait — simply place a new order right away.
• Then, request a refund for the original item.
• Once the returned item is received and approved, we’ll process your refund via your original payment method.

💸 REFUND POLICY:
• You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once your return is received and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–14 working days via your original payment method (Card or InstaPay).
