 DELIVERY POLICY

• You may open the package and check your item before the courier leaves.
  
•   Important: Partial returns are not allowed, You must either accept the entire order or return it in full. 
• If the order total is above EGP 5000, the extra amount + Delivery fees must be transferred in advance, as the courier can only collect up to 5000 in Cash.
